Skid Plates 2010 Megacab 2500

My 2010 CTD 4X4 is a dream come true for the most part, but I don't understand why they'd build a truck like this without skid plates if it's a 4X4. Anybody out there ever add skid plates? Are there aftermarket options, and will that interfere with the warranty? What kind of cost is involved for parts and labor?
Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I havent looked that hard at mine but they make them from the factory so they should just bolt right up and shouldnt cost that much.
