What advantages and disadvantages are there going to a single mass. I'm had some strange things going on since i've owned the truck and two really good diesel mechanics are saying switch over to one and my problems should go away. My dodge mechanic says this too, but they won't replace the stock clutch since it has 28 thousand. What is a good company to get such a clutch from and what would an approx. price be for one that would hold a small amount of power over stock, around 100. Thanks for any replies and suggestions.

You can also look into a Valair clutch, will single mass flywheel.

 

wasnt there some issue with those clutches(valair) a few weeks ago about spline engagement? or am i still nuts?
