Should I be concerned?
I got 3 codes this morning. 0191 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Performance, 0193 Fuel Pressure Sensor Voltage Too High, and 2509 Ecm/pcm Power Input Signal Intermittent. Should I be concerned with any of these codes? If so what should i do?
Thanks Ed

sounds like a loose connection at the rail pressure sensor. I would check the Quad rail gauge connection & then lightly coat each terminal with electrical grease.

Did you get a check engine light at all? I got a 0191 code a few weeks ago, I think it was due some dirty fuel from my extra tank. All I did was cleared the code, filled that tank, and put some fuel cleaner in the tank. Truck has been running fine since. I suggest if you did not get a check engine light I would clear the code and see if the code re-appears.

bad connection
I've got a 2004.5 dually that died but restarted immediatly. The check engine light glowed instantly. The code reader returned codes 2509, 0237, 0193. After reading this thread I disconnected and reconnected the Diablo Sport Power Puck. Trouble codes were erased and did not return.
