Serpentine belt

Guys, I have been nursing the truck and loosing antifreeze daily, was going to replace water pump this weekend. On way home I heard/felt a pop and lost brakes, power steering and truck really started overheating. On inspection, I have power steering fluid all over the bottom of truck and serpentine belt is off the pulleys. What items do you guys think need I need to just replace. Truck has 165000 miles on it, never had any major items go wrong other than ujoints.
Thoughts?

When you turn the pullies is the ps pump locked up? How about the water pump? Can you see where the ps fluid is coming from?

Pulleys are all loose and spin easily. It would appear that the PS fluid was coming from around the PS pump cap. Odd thing was that I lost PS along with brake pressure but brake fluid is in standard zone. Wondering if my truck is telling me to go ahead and just replace the belt since I was doing the water pump tonight. Sure seemed like a lot more fluid on the ground than what I am see is missing.

The ps pump powers the steering as well as the brake booster on these trucks, as there is no engine vacuum as on a gas engine.

I wonder if throwing the belt when the pump was running could have thrown fluid back into the resivor.

I suppose I'd top it up and try a new belt and see what happens.

When I changed my water pump I also changed out the idler assembly, makes more room for the water pump and is so close its worth doing, it may have been one of the causes of the belt coming off, when there is no tension on it it will usually spin freely; however put a bind on it and it may be locked up. I changed both out on mine at about 170,000, both were bad Just a thought.

Got her fixed guys, water pump was completely shot and was probably the culprit of the thrown belt. New water pump, belt in place along with fresh coolant. Thanks for the thoughts on this one, glad that I didn't tear up anything more.
