Screeching noise from front end

Screeching noise from front end
When I turn into my garage, my front end makes a screeching noise. What is causing this? It sounds like when you make a turn too fast but i'm turning slowly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Couple of years back I too noticed a high pitched squeaking coming from the front-end upon right and left turns.....turned out the front axle u-joints were BONE DRY!!!!
