Rough starting

When I start the truck after it has been sitting for at least a few hours or overnight it runs rough and blue smoke comes out of the tailpipe.After 30 seconds or so it clears up and runs fine.What do you think?

We have a camping trip this weekend and Im worried about geting stranded towing my 5th wheel so any comments would be appriciated.
