My 04.5 with 82,000 miles has a problem. It has rained a lot the last 2 nights.
Yesterday morning when I started the truck it was very rough. It threw a code of 0088, fuel rail pressure to high. Several hours later I tried again. It started rough and after a coouple of minutes it smoothed out and ran fine the rest of the day. I cleared the code.

A little while ago I started the truck and it againg was rough. It threw 2 codes. The 0088 and a new one, 0148 fuel delivery error. I know this makes no sense but could the wet weather have caused the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd start by making sure the connections on the fuel rail are nice and tight and that the rubber grommets are in good shape. Maybe some moisture is getting past them and into the connection....

 

sounds like a moisture problem get some electrical cleaner and grease for the plugs
