ok, I got the brake installed. Here's the problem.... with the tow/haul mode on, the brake only works above 2k rpm, and not at all below that no matter what speed. Problem 2, red light is always on like it is waiting for the torque converter to lock up..... which makes me ask, when hooking the blue wire to the transmission wires, do you hook the blue wire to the trans side only? my diagram looked like it should hook to both the trans side an engine side, so I did it that way. Brake works without tow/haul on, coming on @ 70mph, and working til down to 35mph. Problem 3. sounds like a lot of exhaust is escaping from the turbo when the brake does engage. is this normal?

The Blue wire should be spliced with the Dark Green w/Tan Tracer wire that comes from Pin 6 on the transmisson solenoid connector.
The dark green wire coming from pin 13 from the 50 pin ECM should be spliced with the Yellow wire from the Pacbrake harness. This was the wire that was going to the transmission connector.
Hope this helps.
