Rough idle

I recently had a coolant flush done, along with water pump and thermostat too. Yesterday I noticed it had a rough idle at the red light and that the oil pressure was lower than normal. I noticed cream color puddle under the truck after work, when I got it home I happened to pull the dipstick and realized that now I have coolant in my oil. Any suggestions on where to start looking, and how to clean out the system too.. I did notice prior to the flush, I had black tar around the radiator cap. Is this the head gasket or oil cooler??

Thanks

If you have coolant in the oil I would strongly suggest that the truck be immediately parked until the issue is resolved. Driving it with contaminated oil could very quickly lead to a very costly engine repair. Even now, with lower oil pressure, some damage may have occurred.

My guess is that you have a bad head gasket or a cracked head. Either way, perhaps the head needs to come off for a look see.

Yeah, it's parked, I am hoping it's not but on the safe side am making plans on doing both cooler and head gasket replacement... thanks
