my truck all of the sudden has been running extremely rough at idle. the mileage has not suffered but initial startup is rough and then stop lights and red lights can be rough at times. I've changed the fuel filter and run several tanks of diesel through it from different places but it continues to occur.

Could this be a pump problem or am i just unlucky with bad fuel?

when it is running rough, the injectors are pretty loud.
