rocker arm torque

Hi guys,
I pulled the cam and replaced the front engine mounting plate on this engine out of an '06, replaced the cam and am wondering what the torque spec is for the rocker bolts. Also I still have the front cover off and with 100,000 on the engine I think while I'm in there I should go ahead and do a valve lash check. Do I just line up the timing marks on the crank and cam gears to start the valve adjustment?
Thanks, gunnie

I am not sure about cam, bring line to 12:00 on crank.
Intake should be loose on 1-2-4 on intake. 1-3-5 on exhaust.
Turn crank 360 do 3-5-6 on intake, 2-4-6 on exhaust.
