Question Replacing Injectors (do I need nozzles too?)

Replacing the stock injectors with stock injectors.

Couple questions:

1) thinking of running the NAPA rebuilt injectors. Anyone have (good/bad) experience with the NAPA Echlin Injectors?

Excerpt from NAPA website
Features & Benefits:NAPA Echlin Products Meet Or Exceed Original Equipment Specifications. All Products Are Top-Of-The-Line Quality & 100% Tested & Inspected In An Environment That Is ISO9000 Compliant.
F.I. System Typeiesel
Direct Injection
Additional Contents:w/ O-Ring & Caution Sheet

2) also can purchase bosch new injectors? Mine ran 181,000 miles (have one ticking creating a small idle float around 1000rpm from time to time)

3) when replacing injectors, do I need to replace the nozzles?

4) when replacing injectors, do I need to replace the fuel lines from the rail to the injector? (dodge tech stated they may crack when removed and cause air leaks)

1 didnt even know napa had them not sure i would trust them without some kinda good warranty
2you can get new i believe but its big bucks
3 the nozzles come with stock injectors , you want more power then get after market nozzles
4 have taken the lines off about 3 or 4 times before and never had a problem.
5 replace copper washers and make sure the old ones come out

They advise new connector tubes but like stated above, I have reused mine a few times. When you buy Injectors they will have new stock nozzles. What price did napa quote you? Did they just start offering Cr injectors?

I did not replace the connector tubes when I did mine. I did replace all the coppers washers and I also replaced the rubber o rings. One got messed up when we were installing the new tips so I replaced them all just to be safe.

1 didnt even know napa had them not sure i would trust them without some kinda good warranty:
12-month, 12,000mile defective parts warranty

2you can get new i believe but its big bucks (no big bucks) Does Bosch offer rebuilt injectors?

3 the nozzles come with stock injectors , you want more power then get after market nozzles

Reason I ask is the NAPA injectors do not come with Nozzles (new stock injectors do come with Nozzles); but if the nozzles can be cleaned and reused I'm all for it.

4 have taken the lines off about 3 or 4 times before and never had a problem.

That's what I figure too.

5 replace copper washers and make sure the old ones come out

Copper washers? Is there a part number or source?

When you buy Injectors they will have new stock nozzles. NAPA is injector only, non new nozzles.

What price did napa quote you? $385 each (bare price excluding the core charge and with a little discount)

Did they just start offering Cr injectors? Unknown...found them on a search. NAPA parts never left me down (to date)

believe you can get a complete injector for the price of the ones without the nozzles. also how do you know if your nozzles are good. you have to get the tubes from cummins cheaper then dodge
