Replacing brake caliper?

Well my wheel was so hot it was smoking when I got home yesterday. I let it sit overnight and checked into it today. One of the pistons on the caliper was not even coming out. After messing with it. I've come to the conclusion that it will need to be replaced. Anything I need to do out fo the ordinary to replace it? Never done one on these trucks. Probably going to be smart about this and do both sides. No till tuesday though. No one in three counties around me has one. Nor can they get it till tuesday.

Thanks
Kris

Well sir I've done both my rears! 1 on the drivers side and 2 on the pass side within 1 year!! It's pretty staight forward! Nothing special to worry about! Believe it or not if you happen to have an Advanced Auto near you they where the only ones to have them in stock! Good luck! Should be no problem!
