Angry Brake Caliper hardware problem

Hello everyone,
I'm having issues with the brake caliper hardware on the front left side of my truck... It's driving me up the wall, it keeps falling out no matter what I do. I've replaced that stupid little spring clip and the little block that hold the caliper in the correct place many times, I got so frustrated at having to replace it I even went so far as to weld them on there. And guess what, they STILL fell out!!!!! Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to fix this problem? The right side is identical and doesn't have those problems, only the left... Could it be that the left side is worn beyond limits? I haven't measured it yet... Any help would be very much appreciated...

No, the screw stays in, the rest falls out. Really frustrating, and I'm worried about the whole caliper falling off right when I need it...

Ooooooo.... not good........
I am assuming that the spring clip is installed correctly.. open ends down and, that the metal spacer plate is as well...side with the notch for retainer allen screw out board.
If you have done that there is no way it can fall out.
You would have to have major "breakage" for this to happen.
The one thing that keeps popping up in my head is the "notched" side of the spacer plate.
Ahem..... I kinda did the same thing once about ohh.....100 years ago...
Can you confirm any of this 'Spitz...?.

Somebody here has mentioned having experienced the rails wearing out, that the caliper rides on. Maybe look for a thicker version of the spacer from GM or somebody. Maybe the calpier is wore out here too, maybe measure the gap and compare to a new one in a store?

I just replaced my calipers and the springs included with the calipers were loose so i put the old ones back and it was nice and tight.
