Redline MTL and NV5600 Warranty

I read most of the threads I could find on this site and wonder why Redline doesn't just come out and tell us that they will cover any transmission warranty work if DC denies it because we use Redline oil?? That would finally settle this whole issue and get guys like me to use it in a new truck. If transmissions don't fail with their oil it should be a no-brainer. They would sell MUCH more MTL!
Also I was looking on the Gale Banks Racing Site http://www.bankspower.com/sidewinder-gear_system.cfm and saw that in their 700HP Sidewinder truck with an NV5600 they use DC spec MS-9224 oil (made by Texaco which is the same spec and type of oil sold by Pennzoil as Synchromesh Fluid). New Venture Gear told them to use the DC spec oil for this 200 mph truck!

There is no more Texaco, Pennzoil is the maker of the oil.

Never heard of Redline MTL being identified as the cause of a failure and DC denying warrantee unless I am missing something.
