Recommendations

The beast is starting to get a little lumpy at idle. Fuel delivery pressure hasn't changed, 7.5psi, no reason to suspect a bad load of fuel, mileage is around 13.5MPG on Winter blend, 15.5 Summer. If I were to go for injectors, what's the concensus? Stock? 50HP?, etc., etc. I don't pull, tow, or sled, just a daily driver looking for better mleage.

Is the truck fully warmed up when the idle is lumpy?

Yeah she's at 180+. It's not a bad lumpy idle, just something you'd notice if it was your truck.
