Rebuilt engine. Idles all day long but won't hardly move. It's a isb 5.9 Cummings .

It's in a 07 f 650. The only thing that is not new is the injector pump . I'm at a loss what the problem could be.

I hope I'm interpreting the question right. It sounds like you're saying the engine has no power?
Could there be a problem with the turbo, or specifically the wastegate? I had a chevy van with the 6.5L diesel (the one before the Dura-min) and the wastegate was held closed by vacuum. Well, the truck had some work done to it and the mechanic never reconnected the vacuum hose. All I knew was the truck suddenly had no power. When I got in there to investigate, the wastegate was just hanging open. Surprisingly, the exhaust didn't smoke much more and there weren't any strange sounds.
Oh, and careful about putting a "g" in Cummins. Some people don't take kindly to that around here!
