rear t-case output seal leaking

i had a bad driveline rattle every time i would take off, but then it would clear up after 4-5 mph and be all good, no leakage. i looked and noticed if i lowered my carrier bearing that my two piece driveline would be in a straight line so i did thinking it was probably a good thing to do. now i have hardly ANY driveline rattle when i take off, but at 75 i get a very very faint vibe. looked today and the rear output is spitting fluid. ive replaced toyota t-case seals...is the NP 271 much different?
