Rear driveshaft help.

Well, I have gone and done a number to my rear driveshaft! On my truck near the transfer case is a gimmick that looks like a harmonic balacer. Long story short, it is now no longer on my driveshaft and I have no hope of getting it back on........ How important is this thing? Really contemplating putting it back together without it. Will it just possibly put me out of balance or is it necessary for a counter weight of some sort for the t-case? Remember it is in-between the t-case and the steady or carrier bearing. Might order up some centramatic drive shaft balancers....... Looks like they are made by balance master.

Throw it in the garbage and forget about it. Mine broke loose over a year ago. Been running without it ever since with zero issues.
