Rear Axle Seal?

Rear Axle Seal?
I'm seeing a spray pattern on the sidewall of my inner dual... I thought i had a leaky brake caliper; somebody else suggested an axle seal.
Do I need to pull the wheels to fix that? From what I can tell, you don't, but I wanted to ask. I've never done an axle seal before.
