Re-torquing head

My newly rebuilt engine has about 400 miles on it. Do I need to retorque the head at some point or do I just leave it alone? If I do re-torque the head, do I also need to re-adjust the valves?

Thanks.

Leave it alone. Should be ok as long as it was built right.
