Sorry guys, i'am new to this. I've read the forums post and even went to "Piers Diesel Research, Inc." But they only show a picture for 89' thru 02'. Can anyone supple a picture or diagram that will show me where it is best to drill and tap for my pyrometer on a 2003?

don't go right in the center of the down section. there is a web there. best is to offset it towards the rear to catch 4-5-6...

Is there any difference if i go in from the top? or is it best to go in where u did?

 

Take a look at my gallery, there are a couple of pictures of where I installed the temp probe. So far everything works fine. I ran the probe inside of auto wiremold back to the firewall.
