Pro Comp ES3000 Shocks
Pro Comp ES3000 Shocks
Anyone have any good or bad on these shocks? I see 4 Wheel Parts has a deal on them right now for 4 shocks and steering stabilizer for $136. My truck is driven 95% highway miles and pulling our 5th wheel at least once a month for camping trips. I have no problems with the ride of my truck on the stock shocks and had Bilstiens on my 01 but don't want to sink $300 in them for a truck that is on the highway 95% of the time.
I just went with the KYB Gas-adjust (20% additional dampening vs. stock)... Got them from autopart wherehouse for $180 shipped... Gona give them a try... COuld not get the correct billsteins, as they are out, but won't be available till May/June... Can't wait...

the 3000's are pretty light for that truck. I got the 9000's and I like them.
I am running the pro comp 3000s on the rear of my truck for 2 years now and like them I also am running duel pro comp steering dampners and they seem to be good as well. If you can get the 5 shocks for that price Id go for it.
The lady friend just ordered the same Pro Comp deal. She's got an F-250 supercab 5.4, shocks fit great, so did the stabilizer. She's very happy with them, for the price I don't think you can go wrong.
