Power steering fluid

Hello all, today I the basic oil/filter change. I've never had any power steering issues, but for the first time checked the pwr steering reservoir. To my great surprise the fluid is mustard yellow. Even residue on the case below the cap is yellow. But on the dip stick the fluid looks the expected pink, with just a hint of the yellow. The level was just a little low, at the add mark.
Has anyone seen a yellow additive for pwr. steering fluid? Any thoughts or info. would be appreciated. Thanks

If it were mine, I'd change the fluid.

Get a food baster (the type with a bulb) and suck out all you can.
Then fill to the required level with ATF+4. Run it for a bit, and repeat the process.
After a few cycles, the fluid will be good to go, then just stay on top of it.
