Power Loss

I've had this truck for 6 months and almost 10,000 miles. The past 2 months, the power has gone down . I've heard that the power is going to increase, not decrease over time.

Any ideas?

Broken intercooler causing a boost pressure drop resulting in lower than expected performance?

Do you have any blowing type noises when accelerating or holding RPM over 2k?

Do you have any guages? What do your boost numbers look like. How is your oil level? Do you run any additives in your fuel? If not, maybe fouled injectors. Just a few thoughts....

most likely you arent loosing power, you are just getting use to the power. I thought the same thing, pull up next to a ricer from time to time and give him something to breath in.

Yeah, there is only one problem with that though....they don't know when to quit. You leave in the smoke, run it up fast and hit that old 3200 RPM wall and are tapped out at 107 MPH (at least I am). Then they slowly eek by with their 108 MPH top speed after 60 seconds....and think they won.

Lol, i dont think i can go 107 off a red light, usually you are in city areas. most of the time i just hit 45 or 50 let off the go pedal as they zoom buy thinking they are winning but knowing they just got smoked.
