Pics needed of injectors

Anyone have Pics of injectors out of the truck and apart. Someone changing out nozzles??? I think others would like to see this also. I would like to see cracks or stuck needles just as a guide line to check and see if i have any of these with mine.

2003 would be nice. I know that there is alot of issues with this year.

I second that...........I'm very tempted to remove my #1 injector as I believe that is the culprit. It would be nice to have some definitive reference to go by to determine if it is junk or just needs a thorough cleaning.

You would think that someone out there would be doing a swap. I wish they would help a brother out.

Do a search on a few sites you can get directions on how to pull them. And thats as far as anyone should go. Pull them and take them to a Cummins dealer or any bosch certified shop. You really dont want to attempt taking them apart or cleaning yourself. If a 7-10 micron particle can damage an injector, pulling them apart in your garage is not a good idea. Atleast not in my garage as it is not a dustfree area. Anyway injectors repaired, or new tips put on need to be flow tested before installed no questions. If they are not flow tested I would not run them in my truck, again this IMO.

Curtis,
Try calling Chris at Relentless Diesel up in Willis and see what he can do for you.
