paddle shifter for an 05

Just wondering. Newer vehicles have paddle shifters on the steering wheel and this is such a wonderful feature when driving in the mountains. On our car I can dial up a lower gear ahead of time and prevent the thing from shifting with the throttle pushed down. How I would love this on my 05 Cummins!! Looks like somebody would come up with a kit or something so it can be added to the older Ram trucks.

Had two manuals through the years. Now it's about impossible to find one on the new inventory. Besides I will ride out this 05 till the end of pulling. Spending $60K for a new truck will not happen!!
