That code is related to TC voltages. Did you use a 33ohm resistor when you installed the lockup switch? Have you stalled the truck with the TC locked up?

I think either one (or both) of those will throw that code. I know if you let the truck stall (or maybe come close?) it will throw that code. Not positive on the resistor, but I've heard that can cause it also.

I would add a resistor and clear the code with your Smarty. It shouldn't come back unless the truck stalls with the TC locked.

UPDATE... Drove to and from work with SMARTY on 3 and ,NOT IN "TOW MODE" and did NOT use the lock switch

Drove to work 'like a little old lady'....NO CODES

Drove home ...Normal (no tow or lock) mashed on her a FEW times...NO CODES

so I will see if I cant find a 33... all I can find is 22's (2 tandom?)

Ive got the switch and the resistor and my light comes on ( with the same code as yours if I remember) about every few months or so....I've also stalled it with the switch a few times but it doesn't seem to relate to when the light comes on...
I just reset it w/Smarty and am on my way.

Wonder if my resistor is "burnt out" or something, cause it seems to happen more now than when I first installed it,

chuck
