2006 Ram 5.9 cranks but no start. I installed my craftsman scanner it will communicate with ECM, fuel pump runs as soon as I go to crank it scanner cuts off then throws code P2509. I reset my scanner and clear the code all good until I go to crank it again scanner cuts off and throw code P2509. Batteries are 16 months old no load 12.4v each all battery cables new except main one to starter checked and cleaned post and grounds in engine compartment and at ECM. Did not clean cable at starter or alternator. I did have a battery charger on Ram over night and went to crank it while still on charger could this some how caused this problem to happen.
