P2146 issues

P2146 issues
Hello All
I am currently having issue with my 2007 ram 5.9 cummins, Engine code comes up P2146, Fuel Injector Group A Circuit/Open. Truck will start but sounds like it is running on 3 cylinders, after 30-60 Seconds truck will Kick back in and run fine. I recently had a no start issue that turned out to be number 2 injector having excess return flow, Changed injector and now this. I have ohm tested first three injectors and the connectors in the valve cover and they all came back showing .4 ohm. Not real sure what to do next, Could it be the wiring from ecm to valve cover connector? Or the ecm its self?
Any help would be greatly apricated!!!!!!!!
