P0237 low boost

I am getting cel and code P0237 and slow boost sometimes. It will be slow to get to 10 psi then will jump immediately to 30 psi. I disconnected the quad box and it is even worse boost the truck cant get out of it's own way.

Here's more bad news, $160 for a new one from the dealer. You might get lucky and Cummins will have one.

That's why I got mine from the dealer. I didn't want to make a 440 mile round trip with the added expense of $100 in fuel. Also didn't want to wait to get one.

If Autozone has one, the extra $15 over Cummins or Hoeslide Diesel is better if you figure your downtime. 2 weeks with the code popping up on ya on the highway/freeway, going into limp mode would drive me nuts.

removed Van Aaken c3.2 problem went away but I wound up with a new problem the allen screw that holds the plug into the ecm snapped off inside the ecm. Has anyone opened up the ecm and can the plugs be replaced.
