p0148 after installing injectors

I installed injectors all 6 and injector tubes. I replaced the injectors because it was running ruff and shaking bad at anything under 1900 rpms. Now the truck starts and idles smoother but still shakes. When I took it out for a drive it started out not to bad then it started loosing power and the CEL came on. I started back home with the truck when I let off the fuel it died. I tried starting and nothing, after letting it set with the key on a minute it started but had to give it fuel to get it started. It had no power and felt like it was missing on 1 cylinder and died again when I let off. I got it home it shows only a p0148 code.
I got the injectors from Pensacola fuel injection the reman and new tubes from them.
Money is tight and need to get my truck back on the road to get back and forth to work.
Thanks for all your help BigRod

I still have the factory lift pump and haven't found where to check the pressure. Is there a test port on the line somewhere I'm not seeing? And how would I check the pressure from the cp3 pump to the rail and what should the pressure be on at both places?

Not much of a help but a general rule of thumb I've read over and over about these trucks is never purchase refurbished injectors. New only

I assume you've checked / changed your fuel filter?
If not, replace the old filter with the BALDWIN PF7977

If you purchase an Edge CTS monitor that will display the fuel rail pressure which will definitely help with troubleshooting this issue

I heard and read that should always get new injectors. But after getting divorced a 4 years ago and having to pay off bills from it then buy a house. I'm pretty much tapped and working on a very limited funds. I did have a person recommend these injectors, said the shop he use to work in used them on several trucks with no problems.
I do need my truck up and running just don't have a lot of money to spend and trying to keep it out of the shops. But I will try to get the best parts I can afford.
I've been very blessed with great friends that helped me get back on my feet.

Have you tried to re-torque the feed tubes?
