P0111 Intake Air / Charge Temperature Sensor Performance / Rationality

I put an Sp Diesel box on my truck. I got a couple of codes.

P0111 Intake Air / Charge Temperature Sensor Performance / Rationality
P0237 Turbocharger Boost Pressure Sensor Low
p0069 BOOST KEY ON RATIONALITY

I cleared the last 2 but the first one came right back.

P0111 Intake Air / Charge Temperature Sensor Performance / Rationality
Even with the box disconeccted I still have the intake temp sensor code being thrown. Any ideas on troubleshooting besides just replacing the sensor?

I think we have sent you an email responding to your question, but here goes for others who may be interested.

The 111 code is a result of a manifold air temp versus intake air temp correlation that happens on cold startup, we have had this issue pop up on a few trucks and are working on a permanent solution. We are willing to modify your harness to solve this issue, but the box may be derated a little.

Don't worry about the code still being there your sensor is fine. With the truck returned to stock it takes a couple cold start cycles before the code will allow itself to be cleared, even with a scan tool. This behavior makes it a real bugger to diagnose the issue sometimes.

Thanks for the quick reply. Hopefully the new harness will cure my problem. I'm just getting tired of that annoying Light.
