the second code is P0148 High Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) Fueling Error Checksum is this caused because of the p 0251??

Does the rail fuel pressure fluctuate more then 500PSI when at idle? If yes then replace the fuel control actuator (FCA).

Part No. 05183245AA Actuator

Yeap, sounds like a bad FCA.

I agree with the FCA....but also could be the cascade valve on the CP3, if the Raptor 150 is pushing too much pressure to the CP3 injection pump, the cascade valve will open, bypassing fuel to protect the CP3.

You need to check the pressure from the Raptor to the CP3, should be around 20 lbs.
