I would get it back to the dealership quick, if you all ready did so what did they check? could be a sticking T-stat as well, is it pucking out the overflow tank, under boost or just normal driving? and how hot is it getting?

UH, the first time it did it, I would have taken it to the dealer. 3000 miles and $40K....... someone needs to worry about it other than you

When it does it it acts like it is vapor locked. The radiator cap and top of radiator is not hot. But the temp. gauge goes all the way over and it tells to check guages. It does not blow into the overflow but it blows on the side of engine underneath the turbo. The first two times it was just normal driving when this happened and the third time I was pulling a trailer with 14 round bales. I am going to take it to the dealer next week.

It sounds like a stuck thermostat since the top of the radiator is not even hot. It may even be a bad radiator cap letting pressure by. Get it to the dealer.

I seen on another thread talk about a clamp for a hose that is in that area. there are two of them one of the hose clamps is loose, factory goof. and needs to be tigthend down. it is loacated near the turbo something to check out.

Sounds like a bad thermostat or there is a slow leak at the hose connections near the turbo and it's running out of water. After you refill it and run it a bit check for slow leaks near those hoses.

better yet go to auto zone if you have one in town and borrow a pressure tester.
