Ok to permanently attach block heater cord?
This is the kit I've got planned for my truck. It's sitting in a box, but haven't found the time or need to really install it.

The Wigidigit from Geno's isn't the Marinco plug anymore. They went with a all in one piece design. The end that connects to the block heater doesn't even screw on. It uses a self locking plastic clamp now.

This is what I did five years ago using the Marinco 150BBI. Still works like a champ.

Bass Pro had a couple other plugs just like the Marinco that were a few bucks cheaper. But they didn't look as quality as the Marinco plastic.
I'll hook everything up and get closing shots this morning. I got an order to get out today. But I gotta finish my coffee

Here's the info:
1 Box (6.5oz) of Peanut Butter Patties
Serving size 2 cookies (25g)
130cal per serving
(Specs provided by Girl Scouts Cookie Program)
Location and access:
Locate the pull tab on the top of box. Tab should say "Pull here".
Tear pull tab from left to right. Lift the two long flaps first, then the two short flaps to access content of box. Inside you'll find a foil packet. Turn box to lay horizontal and slide foil packet from box. Tear the end of the foil packet and pull plastic tray out. Tray contains the cookies.
Use:
Remove a cookie from the tray using your index finger and thumb, in a grabbing motion. Flex bicep to move hand and cookie towards your mouth, similar to the12oz curl. Open mouth and take bite from cookie. Do not attempt to eat one cookie in one bite. May present a choking hazard.

Finishing photos
Secured plug to bumper, got loom on wire and run on the frame rail. I used existing .25" holes to push pin the clips. I also had to drill out the holes in the clips to 5/8" to get the push pins to fit. Pressed pins into frame then lightly tapped with the rubber mallet to set.

A little extra cord, might cut to length but not a big deal. Zip-tied to the bumper with the fog light loom

Ready to go

Larry, it was a supplement released after the manual.

I hate spending so much on the proper manual only to learn the most important steps are omitted in my copy

I think they're made by Hyperflex/Energy Suspension.
Glad to find this thread. Received my bumper plug kit from GENO's yesterday. Missed the cookies instruction, so, thanks, Shorts!
Wil make another run to parts store for split wiring loom and zip tie assortment. Guess I'll have to go to the local stop'n rob for the cookies.

I spent $10:00 for a cord at Cummins that came with an end cap for the plug. It lies inside the bumper protected from the elements when not in use.

The cookies rocked.
