i have had the oil sending unit replaced 2 times and almost every time i start my truck in the morning the oil pressure goes up to normal then nothing and the check gauges light comes on but if you tap the throttle it goes up ans then stays there is this something i should be worried about thanks chad

get a manual gauge so you can tell what kind of pressure you are actually running..

Our oil pressure gauges in our trucks are "dummy" gauges anyway. It is a "feel good" gauge. I don't know why DC couldn't put an actual gauge in it.
