Oil Analysis Question

After sending in the latest sample, I'm a little concerned. I know it is time to change, since I have gone over 20,000 miles and while being deployed, my wife didn't really drive it much. Hopefully that explains the 109 ppm of iron? It hasn't been ran much so I really can't see how it could be bearing wear, since the last sample didn't show high iron numbers. I only have about 120,000 miles on the truck and run an FS-2500. Any thoughts?

more details needed. oil weight, brand, filter details, etc.
What did they say on the oil analysis report?
Iron would generally be coming from the cylinder walls.
how long ago was the last analysis and what were the numbers there?

I'm on the road with the Army right now so I can post actual numbers later but I run 15-40 Rotella, Napa spin on and FS-2500 bypass. The last sample was done in fall /winter of 2008, if I recall and the truck sat for basically a year and a half....minus a run for mulch and I think she hauled some crap from a shopping spree at the furniture store. After that it was ran on a normal basis.
