Odd Sounding Idle?

My fathers truck(which is basically the exact same truck listed in my sig) has a weird idle going on. I'll try and describe this the best I can. If you listen to the motor or walk behind the truck and listen to the exhaust you can hear a real weird sounding idle. It almost sounds like a freight train luggin down, almost like it isn't running on all 6 cylinders.

No CEL's on, I've done the key cycle and nothing shows up. Truck seems to run fine when driving, no luggin, hesitation or anything. Fuel filter is good. He had that newer lift pump installed about 30k miles ago but I don't think that would be the issue.

Any help is much appreciated.

My truck sounds like it is missing on one cylinder when idling with the grid heaters on. After they shut off it sounds just fine and idles as smooth as can be. I asked about it on here before and came to the conclusion that nothing is wrong.

I don't know if that's it or not. It didn't do it when it was like -20*, it's now in the 60's* and it just sounds odd. So a way to test it out would be to disconnect the grid heaters and let it idle?

06RAM2500- No, shes not kicking into a high idle.
