In the past few days I have had a chime that sounds and sometimes my break light on the dash or door ajar, or one other on the right side of the cluster. They don't stay on but for more then a second. It happens sometimes after I hit a bump. It will happen at different times throughout the drive at different times. I am trying to figure this out, anyone have any ideas where to look?

LOL, drives you crazy huh? I found out I had a tail light not making good contact in the plug and it would actuate the warning ding-dong but only for a split second. As soon as you heard it and looked down at the dash, it was out... This went on for weeks until it finally stayed on long enough for me to see it. I checked the "bulb out" warning and sure enough, I had the tail light socket corroded enough to not light the bulb make contact all the time.
I'd go chek the tail lights first. Brake lights not so much.

 

My '03 did that and it was a loose bulb for the right front turn signal.

I replaced it since cleaning up the contacts didn't work and it solved the problem.
