I have a 2005 dodge 5.9 and it's been nothing but problems since day one. Since I've bought it a year and half ago I've put a new motor(complete overhaul) in it, new tranny, rebuilt front end, new ECM, and now I had to put a new turbo in it(again). The old one went **** up, white smoke, bad noises, turbo shot. Got a new one put in and now I have no boost...computer read that my boost air sensor was putting out pressures when the engine wasn't even running. So I replaced that thinking that was the issue... Still zero boost...nothing on gauges, checked all my boots and inter cooler, could find no apparent issues...I have my welding rig set up on this truck, this is my livelihood, and I'm turning down work as we speak because I can't get my rig there...I NEED HELP GUYS!!!

 

Does it have the intercooler with plastic tanks? Some 05's did, and they were known to break or seperate from the center.
