Can anyone recomend a dealer with a good sales and service reputation. The 5 star ratings are nothing compared to real world experiences. Thanks.

Mine is going into Franklin-Sussex Automall next Wednesday, so I can tell you about them after that, but until then, I am of little assistance. I know what you are talking about with the 5 star rating crap. place I bought mine was "5Star Certified"... Stupid useless label, nooooo customer service after sale.

Might help to specify an area you are looking at too. North, Central, South, etc.

Yeah location would have helped... my bad. I live in Seaside, so central Jersey. I've heard Manahawkin is good.

James, the best one I have been to (on a recommendation from a friend) was Fairway Dodge in Ridgewood. I know that doesn't do you any good being down in Seaside, but I had my truck there to have an injector replaced under warranty and the service guys were excellent in getting my truck back to me as quick as possible. I would definetly recommend them to you, if you don't mind driving the 1.5 hours....

On a side note, I have a house in Bayville that I am at almost every weekend. I drive a blue 3rd Gen QC LB with a yellow light on the roof, you can't miss me. What are the specs of your truck?

I have been dealing with smith motors on 31. Great, courteous service dept. My old ram I had serviced at warnock in rt10 and no problems with them either.

I've been satisfied with "Mike's Famous" in Galloway.
