Here's the thread on lifting 2wd trucks with the 1.5" Daystar coil spring spacers.

Front Coils

http://www.coilsprings.com

They will e-mail a quote based on the info you provide in
their form. They quoted me just under $200 plus shipping
for a 1 1/2" lift for my 2500 2wd. This is for a pair of front
springs.

I'm still pondering whether of not to order. Not sure if I'll
need a spring compresser or special tools needed , etc,.

Revtek Lift for Dodge 2500/3500 2" Leveling Kit 1994-2005

http://www.central4wd.com/inventoryd...;folder%7C5297 I found these and they are Powder coated cast aluminum construction. I think they might be better than the daystars

Don't think the lifts for 4wd will work on 2wd models.

Gents,
the 4wd lifts will NOT work on 2wd's, Daystar has 1", 1.5" and 2" lift pucks. Ordered a set of 1.5" pucks Tuesday for $68.00 minus shipping and tax from my local 4x4 shop. 1.5" pucks work well, they leave just a slight nose down angle. 2" pucks will require new a-arms and shocks. This came directly from Daystar. As for what I've been told and seen, it will also remain level when you got stuff out back. But, I have seen folks go with a 1" rear block just to be sure to not have the azz down look when loaded. I will post pics once installed.

Hmmmm....every leveled truck I've seen squats noticeably in the rear with a heavy 5th wheel hitched up to it. Our 5th wheel just levels out our 2nd gen 2WD dually that sits at stock ride height. I guess it depends on the stuff you have out back.
