Need opinion on Tires: Nitto Dura Grappler
Searching the site indicates several people have these tires installed. I'm looking to replace the factory general's with either Michelin, Bridgestone, or the Nitto Dura grapplers.
So, what are the opinions of the Nitto Dura Grapplers?
TIA

Another vote for the Dura Grapplers. They haven't been on my truck that long but I have no complaints. One thing I really like is they don't throw stones like every other tire I have tried.
Nitto
I have had several sets of Nitto tires and they don't last very long and are too soft. At the present time I am running Toyo M/T 305/55 R20 and before them I had Toyo A/T 305/55 R20 and am very happy with them. The other best tire is the BFG A/T have had 3 or 4 sets of these with good mileage out of them.
I definitely agree about not throwing rocks. I have always had BFG ATs just because you can get them so cheap but MAN, It's crazy how they pick those stones up and throw them under your truck!!
These are made for long highway life and that's why I got them. I'm really happy so far with mine. They are fairly new so you may not get too many replies to how many miles someone has put on them... 6500 miles and counting for me....

Compared to my Terra Grapplers they do pretty good, little slippage. These tires have pretty deep lugs with an angled staggered pattern in the lugs, also helps them repel water. That's where these shine.
It should also be known that these are marketed as more of a highway tire with some off road use, they are by far mudders. But im pleased with mine so far, they havnt left me sitting anywhere and i have been in some mud.
