Question NE1 in Colorado? Best Denver dealer for service?

Just picked up an '04 2500 Cummins QC 4x4 SB. Prior to this, had an '02 F-350 Powerstroke and prior to that, a '97 F-250 Powerstroke.

What is the best dealer for service in the Denver/Boulder metro area? I'd like to have that 70 mph vibration checked out and want a good thorough service department to check it out. The dealer in my area seems to have a lot of turnover in the service department. Probably a bad sign!

BTW, so far, the truck is VERY GOOD! Quiet, nice torque, great interior. Nice change from the Fords. Nothing wrong with Ford, but variety is the spice of life!

Schmed, can't actually vouch for the service dept. since I have not had to take my truck back for anything yet, but I received good reports about the service dept. at Johnson Auto Plaza in Brighton at 85 and 470. That is where I bought my truck. fwiw

ditto !Avoid Northglenn Dodge!

Bought my 04.5 from and had it serived at Johnsons Auto. The service department is good at listening but they cannot seem to align my vehicles right. I still have alignment issues with the 04.5 and my 01 Neon (both aligned by Johnsosns - truck is in for a re-alignment as I type). Other than the alignment issues - which aren't entirely their fault - they are pretty good. I've had it in for other things and they take good care of it.

Quick story - I was at NG dodge trying to get the high idle feature of TSB 18-037-04 enabled. I had to explain to the bitter ****** off uncommonly angry service woman what the high idle feature was and how to enable it.

Once the angry lady kind of understood she took me to see the shop folks and proceeded to try and screw me out of $100.00 for the service of enabling the high idle feature. So there I was with the angry lady, and two techs at the service bay with my truck, they already enabled the feature before I got done another explanation to the lady what the feature was. THEN she looks the techs straight in the eye and says "So this is a REFLASH and it costs $100.00 RIGHT" (wink wink - trying to get the service guys to agree to chage me a huge fee). The techs said "NO, it's just a feature enable - no charge". She repeated with emphasis the pror statement, so did the tech. I got away with a $40.00 bill which was worth it consiering it was either that or jail time for slapping the lady into next week.

Run fast and far from Northglenn!!!!
