My wonderful local dealer
I was on that side of town a few weeks ago. So I stopped by to do the H-46 recall. The guy knew exactly what recall when I pulled up. A younger mechanic walked in and the service guy said , "Do you know how to do the H-46 recall inspection?" The kids reply.... "Nope". So the service guy ruffles through a few papers, writes a few thing down from my truck and bends down (without ever going under my truck) and says ok your good. I asked that's it? You don't need to check the serial number's or anything? He says nope.
you're about 30 miles from my house. bring it over this weekend.
i need to do my transgo shift kit, band adjustment, trans filter and fluid also.
otherwise I can recommend a pretty good mechanic (non-dealer) on the east side of Madison, if you know where Farm/Fleet is on 51
