I went through the place that I bought them and filed a labor claim. You can't do it yourself with MOOG, the place you bought them from has to file the claim with MOOG. It took about 6 weeks, but they refunded me the full price of the ball joints, and also the labor. They gave me exactly what I asked for, no questions.

I was just into Parts Source here in Alberta and looked at prices of Moog and TRW ball joints. Asked about warrenty. They said the Moog is the life time of your vehicle.

Don't believe anything that you hear and only half of what you see.

Hmm,
I put Moog ones in about 12K km ago and my steering is terrible again. Now I wonder if this is why? Time to jack it up and check it out I guess

They fail under weight. Sometimes you can't tell when they are up.

Cool

Well had the truck into the shop today. All 4 ball joints were NFG after less than 20 K Km (12K miles). This also killed the u joints as well
My dealer who is awesome BTW got federal mogul to pay the entire bill to replace them except for the alignment. Replaced the u joints for free and said they would wait for federal to pay them rather than ask me to pay and get reimbursed later
Truck drives great again and this is yet another reason that my dealer rocks
Also my dealer put in OEM's ball joints again instead of the Moog ones since they could not believe what junk they were and didn't want to put another set in.
