Modified exhaust

Im going to be strictly using my 05 for offroad use on the 100 acre farm and was wondering if removing the kat will improve my mileage and if so by how much....thanks

Some claim it will, I honestly did not see much gain... If you do get a gain, I wouldn't expect to see the 2-3 MPG everyone is shooting for.

It won't hurt your MPG, and you can sell it for a few $. Thats one nice farm rig.

I had to put the cat back on my truck due to vehicle inspection regulations and I saw absolutely NO decrease in mileage or power!!!! I'm sure it was there but by the "seat of the pants" feeling and hand calculation of mpg there was no loss. I'm also sure a dyno would show there was.

If you want to increase mpg just lighten the right foot on the pedal. Keep it under 65 and it is amazing the increase!!
