Might be the load limit...what do you think

I am getting a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 CTD: 4x4, 6 speed G56, DRW, Big Horn, SLT, Quad Cab and have a 25 ft Gooseneck (20K max) dual tandem axel trailer. I want to haul my 310 SG John Deere backhoe which is about 16k lbs. How close is this getting to being too much of a load for my truck.
