Map/temp sensor bad?

Is there a way to test is the MAP/temp sensor is bad?

The reason why I'm asking is that my Commander is reading about 3#s less than what the dealer sees. When I talked with Quad they stated that the commander only sees what the MAP sensor is showing. I'm currently see 0-3# at cruz & will only max out at 38-39# at full throttle with Quad @ 100hp. (I just got my chip back from Quad & all of my connects are good & have been greased.)

Thanks for the help!
